During my tenure as editor in chief, the Boston Phoenix was named New England’s best newspaper.
Beginning in 2005, I transformed a 40-year-old alternative weekly into a digital powerhouse, building a new tech stack, business model, and daily publishing presence from the ground up. In 2010, I took over as editor in chief, growing our audited print circulation by 20 percent, and oversaw a complete rebranding in 2013.
